NhaVilla Duplex – Unit B House Rules Welcome to NhaVilla Unit B! This home is one side of a duplex with a separate private unit next door. We want you to feel at home while also helping us maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone. 1. Registered Guests Only Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Please update your reservation if your guest count changes. Do not exceed the maximum occupancy shown on your reservation. 2. No Parties or Events No parties, events, large gatherings, or disruptive activities are permitted. Visitors must be reasonable in number and respectful of guests in Unit A and our neighbors. 3. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM Please keep music, TVs, conversations, vehicles, and outdoor activity at a reasonable volume. Because this is a duplex, please be especially considerate of guests staying in the neighboring unit. 4. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or garage. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please stay away from doors and windows and dispose of cigarette waste properly. 5. Pets by Prior Approval Only Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival and included on the reservation when applicable. Unauthorized pets are not permitted. 6. Unit B Parking Only Please park only in the designated parking area for Unit B. Do not block Unit A's parking area, neighboring driveways, sidewalks, mailboxes, or access areas. 7. Respect Unit A's Privacy Unit A is a separate private residence. Please do not enter Unit A or use areas/items specifically designated for Unit A. Keep entrances, walkways, and driveways clear. 8. Take Care of the Home Please treat the home, furniture, appliances, linens, and other furnishings with care. Do not move large furniture or beds without prior approval. Please report damage, leaks, or maintenance concerns promptly. 9. Trash Please bag household trash and place it in the designated outdoor trash bin for Unit B. Do not leave trash or personal belongings in driveways, walkways, or areas used by Unit A. 10. Safety & Security Do not disconnect, cover, move, disable, or tamper with smoke detectors, smart locks, Wi-Fi equipment, exterior cameras, or other safety/security devices. 11. Exterior Security Camera An exterior security camera is located above the garage and monitors the exterior/driveway area for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home. 12. No Unauthorized Commercial Activity Commercial filming, photo shoots, parties, events, or business activities involving outside visitors require prior approval. TDY, PCS, work crews, contractors, relocation, and temporary assignments are welcome. 13. Extended Stays – 30+ Nights For reservations of 30 nights or longer, additional guest screening and/or a signed rental/occupancy agreement may be required where permitted. Only approved occupants may reside at the property. Please contact us before adding additional long-term occupants. 14. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM or later Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.
